About the Founder
I know the difference between compliance complexity and confusion - most consultancies don't.
David Ballew's thirty-year career in international workforce management began with co-creating the industry's first MSP solution at Kelly Services in 1996. As Founder and CEO of Nimble Global, he tackles complex workforce compliance challenges across 91 countries for organizations that need definitive answers, not consultant theater.
Key Credentials
1996: Co-created the KellyOGC MSP solution, revolutionising managed service delivery
2000: Joined MSX International after it acquired GRI from Ford Motor Company (later Magnit), helping expand the world’s first MSP and proprietary VMS
2019: Founded Nimble Global to close the gap between promised and delivered compliance in international workforce management
David’s neurodivergent cognitive profile (autism, ADHD, dyslexia) drives an unusual ability to identify patterns others miss and distill regulatory complexity into actionable frameworks. This is a competitive advantage, not a limitation.
Educated in law and business management in the U.S. and at Regent’s University London, he also holds certifications in procurement and Six Sigma, applying operational precision to every engagement.
Thought Leadership - He regularly shares insights through articles, interviews, and speaking engagements, including:
