How We Run the Firm​

​

Referral only. Nimble Global has grown by referral since 2019. We do not pay for introductions, and no one pays us for them.

​

No affiliate or pay-to-play relationships. We do not accept commissions, referral fees, or reseller margins from EOR, AOR, MSP, VMS, or technology providers. When we recommend a provider, the client is the only party paying us.

​

Independence. Where a potential conflict exists between clients, or between a client and a provider we are asked to assess, we disclose it before the engagement starts.

 

Data security and protection. We handle client and worker data under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 as our baseline, and under the data protection law of each jurisdiction where we deliver services. We process only what the engagement requires, and we retain it only for as long as the engagement or the law requires. Nimble Global Ltd is registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration number ZA766270.

 

Professional standing. Fellow of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation, CIPS Affiliate, ISM Professional member, and registered UK expert witness.

 

Environmental Footprint

We do not operate a commercial office. We work remotely from the UK and on client sites when the work requires it.

​

Our work product is digital by default. Contracts are executed electronically, and we do not print client documents unless a client, regulator, or court requires a hard copy.

​

We travel when being in the room changes the outcome, and not otherwise. We do not publish an emissions figure because we have not measured one, and we would rather say that than estimate.

 

People and Community

​

We build capability that stays with the client. On retained engagements we coach and mentor in-house compliance staff so the knowledge remains after the engagement ends.

​

We do pro bono work. We have provided advisory work at no charge for early-stage founders and industry bodies where the need was real and the budget was not.

​

We price for access, not just for scale. We have delivered engagements at significantly reduced rates for small firms, startups, and certified diversity-owned businesses.

​

We engage our own network on written terms. Every independent specialist we bring into a project works under a written agreement and is paid on the agreed timeline.

​

We contribute to the profession. The Compliance Edge is published free of charge, and David Ballew serves on multiple advisory boards.

​

We update this page when something changes, not on a schedule.
